What are cookies?

How does nanosight.com use cookies?

Like most websites we use cookies to track website perfomance using Google Analytics and Piwik. These software packages allow us to track visits, time spent on the website, pages visited, links clicked, etc. They do this by downloading cookies on to your PC. The other cookies we use are for remembering you are logged into the NanoSight Downloads Area.

Turning cookies off

Most web browsers provide a feature that prevents your browser from downloading cookies for your current browsing session, it's also possible to turn cookies off permanently.
